Applying for Certification

If you’re ready to start the Certification process, fill out the form below to order an Application Pack. The Application Pack includes:

• All application forms – check the box under “Additional Options” to receive e-forms
• PCO Certification Manual
• PCO Materials List
• OMRI Materials Lists and PCO Directory

Select all categories you would like to be certified for to ensure you receive the correct documents.

The Application Pack cost is $75. If you would prefer to order the Application Pack by mail, click here to download the Order Form.

Clicking “Submit” will redirect you to a page where you will be asked to click the PayPal button which will take you to the PayPal website. You will be able to sign-in to PayPal if you have an account, or simply enter your credit or debit card information to complete your payment. Your Application Pack will be sent once PCO receives your payment.
