Board Election Process and Ballot
Ballot Deadline - Extended to February 1, 2022
It is time to vote in the PCO Board Member election. The PCO membership currently elects the majority of the PCO Board and this year we have one candidate running for an open board seat. The PCO Board’s responsibility to our members is to govern with a style that emphasizes outward vision, encourages a diversity of viewpoints; and provides strategic leadership, collective decisions, and future focus. Our Governance Committee presents a slate of well-qualified applicants that balance the talents of our continuing board members.
Our PCO Bylaws require 10% of our client/members to vote in order for board candidate(s) to be confirmed and approved. Your vote remains critical in this voting process.

Betty Harper
Betty Harper is an associate director of learning outcomes assessment in the Office of Planning, Assessment, and Institutional Research at Penn State University. She supports faculty and administrators across Penn State to develop and execute assessment plans. Previously, Betty served as PCO’s executive assistant, where she gained an understanding of PCO’s mission, organizational structure, and strategic goals, and worked directly in support of its Board of Directors. As a board member, Betty has continued her commitment to PCO, its staff and members, and its vision. Betty is particularly proud of having served her first board term during a time of successful executive leadership transition and organizational modernization. She looks forward to being part of PCO's future.
