Event Description: Join the late summer tour of the working campus farm at Eden Hall Farm.
Dr. Laura Livingston and Farmer & TOPP mentor, Indira Alcantara, will give the group a tour of the main production areas (solar high tunnels, season extension spaces, pollinator garden and apiary, ag ecology demonstration garden, and orchard). They will discuss organic practices, recordkeeping practices, and the big picture “why” in their organic production. Indira will share examples of their organic recordkeeping templates and tips.
