Are you an experienced organic farmer ready to share your knowledge, or a producer looking for hands-on guidance as you transition to organic production? There’s still time to join the Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) for a full year full year of mentorship in 2026!
The deadline to apply as a mentor or mentee is November 30, 2025. This is your final opportunity to participate in this year-long program designed to strengthen the organic community through shared learning, collaboration, and on-the-ground experience.
Mentorship applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis; however, these placements will be for less than a full year.
Through TOPP, organic farmers mentor producers who are transitioning to organic certification, offering personalized support, practical insight, and connections to local and regional networks. Participants also gain access to workshops, field days, and a community of peers working toward a more sustainable agricultural future.
