For the past year, PCO has been streamlining its operations to be more efficient, effective, and to serve you better. One of these changes have been working on is a revised set of articles of incorporation and bylaws that make compliance with state and National Organic Program (NOP) requirements easier. This is an important set of comprehensive revisions that PCO's Managing Board and Governance Committee have been working on updating for a number of years. The changes will offer more opportunity for you to provide feedback and expertise, for transparency of operations, and to interact with the Board and staff - all of which will NOT affect your annual certification process. A summary of the major changes will be reiterated after you log in to cast your vote.
Voting has been extended until April 30, or until we reach our 10% quorum. Whether online or via proxy ballot, certified client-members will be able to cast a vote for these important organizational changes. Simply Voting Inc. has been hired as the independent third-party election provider for this process. You should have received either a postal packet or an email from them (vote@simplyvoting.com) with your login ID and password. The official voting site is:
