Job Posting: TOPP Mentorship Program Coordinator
PCO is hiring a Transition to Organic Program (TOPP) Mentorship Program Coordinator. The TOPP Mentorship Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact and oversees the implementation of Mentorship within the Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). With guidance and support from other TOPP positions and PCO Leadership, this position will strategize, plan, and coordinate: mentor/mentee pairing (PA/DE/MD/VA), coordinate with Core Partners overseeing mentorship in other states, and recruit new mentors and mentees. This position is funded through 2027 with no guarantee for refunding.
The Mentorship Program Coordinator will support stakeholder awareness and engagement for the TOPP program and provide support and facilitation of special events and projects related to PCO’s mission. This is a remote position with regular travel within Pennsylvania. Preference will be given to to candidates located in the North East.
This is a full-time, exempt, Telecommute position.
Starting Salary range: $50,000-$62,500, depending on experience.
