2022 Annual Membership Meeting

PCO is hosting our Annual Membership Meeting in conjunction with the Pasa Sustainable Agriculture Conference. This year, the PCO board will be presenting revised organizational bylaws to the members for a vote.

Location: Lancaster Convention Center, 25 S Queen St., Lancaster, PA

5:00-6:00 pm - Reception and Hors d'oeuvres

6:00 pm - Annual Meeting

• PCO State of the Organization
• Vote on new bylaws*
• Regenerative Organic Certification (ROC) presentation

7:30 pm - Time to network and meeting with PCO board members and staff

*Online voting is only for members who are present either in-person or electronically at the Annual Meeting and that by voting online the member certifies that he or she was present and able to participate in the Annual Meeting either in-person or electronically.

This meeting will be held in a hybrid format. Members can attend both in-person and online. Those who choose to join us in-person will need to follow COVID-19 safety protocol set forth by Pasa and supported by PCO:

• Show proof of a negative COVID-19 test (regardless of vaccination status)
• Wear a mask, except while actively eating or drinking

As a token of our appreciation, those who participate in our annual membership meeting will receive our newly designed Do Not Spray sign - limit one per operation.
