2025 Annual Update
Steps to Complete Your 2025 Annual Update:
- Review documents in your PCO certification portal.
- 2025 Annual Update Report (current information on file with PCO)
- OLPS OSP Update Instructions (if applicable to your operation)
- PCO Policy Update letter
- Complete the online Annual Update Form below by March 1st.
- Upload additional documents below as needed.
- Required for livestock producers and handlers:
- PCO has updated several OSP sections due to OLPS. Forms and instructions are available in your portal if applicable to your operation.
- If reporting changes to your OSP:
- Materials Used Form: if reporting new inputs.
- Field & Crops Form: if reporting new fields.
- Herd List: if reporting herd additions or removals.
- Other blank forms are available on our website.
- Required for livestock producers and handlers:
- Reminder: You do not need to finalize all changes for 2025, including crop plans for each field, by March 1 with your Annual Update. Simply submit updates to PCO as they occur throughout the year. As a reminder, only products listed on your certificate can be marketed or sold as organic, and updates to your certificate will only be made after PCO reviews your submitted changes.
