PCO Application Materials
We are glad you are interested in pursuing organic certification. Our staff will help guide you through the process each step of the way. Our goal is to help new applicants through the certification process as quickly and as smoothly as possible. You should have already discussed the application process with the PCO Lead Specialist and they will have explained which forms you will need to submit.
Below are all of the PCO application forms. Please only utilize the forms you discussed with PCO. You need to submit all of the General forms and all of the forms under each specific scope (e.g. crops, dairy, etc.) for which you want to apply for certification. The forms are available for download (you will need a pdf reader such as Adobe Reader, download here). If you prefer to receive these documents via mail, contact the PCO office and we will be happy to mail them to your operation.
Once you start to review and fill out the application materials, please feel free to reach out to our Lead Specialist with any questions. A complete application will need to be submitted in order to start the official review for organic certification.
